Is there such an item as fitting kits to fit movers to caravans of the 80's

You can fit movers to almost any year of caravan with the right mounting kit.

If the caravan has an Alko chassis I expect a mover will fit without any problem. I have fitted a mover to a Knott chassis and I had to make up some spacers, cost me 80p from memory. I think a B&B chassis might be more of a problem but I'm sure it would be possible with a bit of ingenuity.

The chassis of my Lunar Clubman is a TW Chassis LTD number 0096 7 84,and it appears that the position upon which it was mounted upon the late Metiorite does not extend far enough upon the Clubman.

The chassis rails shouldn't be that far inboard to prevent a mover being fitted.

Can you post a picture up of the chassis just infront of the wheels?

I see your gallery is full, you can use tinypic.com etc to upload your pictures and they will give you a link to use on forums.

They demonstrate the movers on small trailers sometimes so it should be possible with the right brackets.
