Hi

Truma ultraheat 3002, has a weird problem, when i turn the dial i can hear it click on and off between numbers 5 and 7, so when its cold i turn it to number 7 and its heats the caravan, but never seems to click back off....

so basically you wake up at stupid oclock, unable to breathe as its that hot, so i turn the dial back to 5, hear it click off and go back to sleep, then a further stupid oclock later you wake up and the caravan is absolutley BALTIC.

This cycle goes on all night so by the time i come back home, im knackered!

what could it be?

Hi

the dial is only basically a thermostat so turning up and down and hearing the click is just reaching the parameters of on and off for the current temperature. If you are too hot on 7, turn it down to 6 rather than listening for clicks.
