Hi,

I don't know your van, but is it the "unit"?

You've probably checked fuses etc, but maybe it's wiring/connections?

Else, I have no idea how to remove/replace this unit.

Sorry I can't be more help,

Simon

The tube should not be difficult to remove. From the working position, it should be turned 90 degrees, so that you can see the pins at the ends, then pull out. Reverse when fitting the new tube, and you should feel the pins clip into place

If it still doesn't work, test the spade connectors to the tube with a voltmeter which should show 12-13volts.

If you have power then its the unit;no power troubleshoot the wiring
