Hi we have just bought a swift conqueror 645 lux 2007, lovely caravan just having problems with the heating. When you switch it on on electric it only sometimes works, When you turn the dial it doesn't seem to click on or off. Sometimes it will work for a short while but then goes off but doesn't then come back on when the caravan cools down. The green light is always on. Also the blow air will not work on any setting. Anyone that could offer any advice on this would be appreciated. TIA

I think its a truma heater if you don't have a handbook I think this could relate to your van Handbook give Arcsystems a ring explain your difficulties he may be able to help.

Thankyou, I have had the front of fire off but can't see the fan master as I can't get behind it, it's not in the wardrobe like the last one. I will try and contact arcsytems tomorrow and see what they say 😀

Fan is 12v and could be switch, motor or bushes. They are usual probs. Ultraheat sounds like a temp limit switch fault.
