What exactly is wrong then. Something not functioning on the 240 volt mains circuit?
Was the service conducted outside your property or at a storage compound?

Nothing is wrong, except that he turned off the electrics at the control panel, outside our house. Wondered why they weren't working!

That's nothing new though Mrs. Bonce as I know a few caravanners who have had this happen to them as most service engineers turn things off probably for safety reasons. Changing your service engineer won't change anything on that score I'm afraid.
How much did the engineer charge if you don't mind me asking?

£220 ish I think, for a twin axle. He is better than the other 2 mobile servicers we have tried but he won't come as far as you, he lives in Milton Keynes, 40 mile radius.

Just had our van serviced at local dealers, and all sink taps in open position along with the shower. Also the water drain taps left open, the electrics turned off and the gas turned off at the manifold in the front locker.
This seems to be the norm. It can be a bit annoying once you realise that you have lost half an Aquaroll straight through and out onto ground. Then you rectify that and the water is coming out the taps!
Was only caught out once with all of this mind you.------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

I already have a mobile service engineer that comes to the storage compound and was recommended by word of mouth but advised to book early as he's very busy. I have to book at least 4 months in advance but he is not only thorough but also very competitive. The last service in 2017 he charged £120 for a single axle caravan and about £140 for a twin axle.
