The awning rails on the sides of the freedom sunseeker ...old 1994 model are these just bonded on ..ie no screws so NOT a place water / damp can get in ?
I,m aware the front window awning rail / window bracket is screwed in .
I,m trying to find where damp is getting in at the front . Its not side markers or electric point , slight ingress on front window / awning rail so this needs re sealing properly its been bodged at some stage .
If the side awning rails are just bonded on it must be the side window seals .....any idea how to replace the seals ?

Remove the plastic trim strip and the screws will be beneath them.

You can buy the mastic in a roll like tape, best used when the weather is cool because it can become sticky in hot weather.

Small bloc of non setting grease or silicone on the screws to help them seal the hole when inserted.
