I have a small leak on my Bailey, on the roof seal.

I was going to drop a bit of sealer as the old sealer has cracked, I have been advised to use Sikalex or Caraseal.

Just wondered what was best to use.

Thanks

Sikalex is the stronger of the two with more "Grab"and flexes with movement.

The other Caraseal is more like a bedding sealer and dries out over approx 5 years and has to be redone.

Sikalex is the better option.
