If I change the window rubber does the bubble size make a difference big or small

Yes it does replace like for like Seals Direct offer the full range. Why do you need to change it if its not split etc it may just need lubricating

You will also need to know wall thickness of caravan as well as bulb size, when I renewed all mine Seals Direct will send you samples if you require them.
