Hi all

Our Truma ultrastore when on electric only works initially then stops heating the water. If I turn it off then wait and then turn it on again it works for a while then same again.

Any ideas?

When you say it stops heating the water, does it trip at the MCB then you have to switch it back on again then it repeats the same?

We had this problem. We were misunderstanding the way to operate the heater purely by electric. The controls for the gas operation need to be off, I think the gas control is a dial with temperature numbers on them in most cases. Hope this helps.......
