Hi Guys,
I have a '94 Lunar Clubman, a golden oldie. The Carver Fanmaster trips out often now when on electric auto fan. I've read that fluff in the fan can cause this and should be cleaned - is anyone aware of a youtube video that shows how to access this?

We had the same problem with our last caravan...

Never found any 'how to' videos, so just used a bit of common sense and stripped out the fire and fan system WITHOUT disconnecting any wires to save a headache later, and just used a hoover and paint brush to clean out behind the element and around the fan.

Should be, that's how I did ours...

The biggest build up of dust was actually on the drum fam blades behind the heater....

I was fortunate though at one point... I couldn't get into some places, and ended up borrowing an air compressor from work and blowing through the pipe system from where I couldn't get in with either the brush or hoover...

Was amazing how much muck came out that way too!
