Well he has already in the past stripped a caravan and refurbished it, so feeling good about it now, already booked all our holidays for next year, will post again once the job is done.

Hi Mick, 1hour 40mins and it was sorted, and sealed the rail above the windows, so well please, if I get another couple of years out of the van I will be happy with that, just glad I got someone else to look at it.

Brilliant. As you say, it pays to get second opinions. If it dries out, you will get a lot more than a couple of years out of it.
