I have two problems with my floor, firstly a bad leak in front of the outside door threshold which I have hopefully now sealed. This has severely damaged the floor. Then as you go in there's delamination in front of the oven and toilet door. This section of floor also has black staining on it like it may have been damp at some point (See photo)
I have watched lots of YouTube videos showing delamination repairs and I am prepared to give it a go myself. Given the degradation of the wood, I have been wondering about replacing the whole section of floor instead and putting cross beams into the void.
Thoughts on this would be much appreciated

I wouldn't be tempted to replace the floor just yet. Try the delamination process first because when you fill the gap between the top and bottom ply with the appropriate bonding glue it will set hard and support the top ply that you walk on. To achieve that you have to support the floor underneath with a lifting jack (don't jack it up) then after the bonding and dowel process put a heavy object over the top such as a paving slab, a heavy battery or generator and a thick plastic sheet underneath so it doesn't stick to the floor. Leave it for between 24 to 48 hours and the floor is solid as a rock. It's not just a temporary fix as I did mine and 4 years later when I sold the caravan no delamination was evident and the floor still solid.
Good evening everyone, have just picked up on this oldish post. I have a 2017 Lunar Clubman SB and have a very small area in front of the fridge which has delaminated. I have got the kit ready but am unsure as to whether the dowels should push all the way into the drilled holes or just push/ tap them to the top level of ply?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
There is no need to go all the way through, in fact I think it will be stronger not to. Just carefully drill through the top ply to establish how deep to go, then you will be into polystyrene foam that you can just push theb drill bit down through. This will give you the maximum depth to drill so mark it on the bit with somethiing like masking tape.
I marked a grid on the floor with pencil to make sure I had an even spread of holes/dowels. As trog says, use plenty of dowels as that gives the repair most of its strength. You will find the wooden battens in the floor when drilling so mark them in and work around them. Keep it clean, it can get messy.
