HELP, this is our first solo trip since buying our van last October and putting it straight into storage. We are novice -vanners & have a Swift Utopia (Challenger 530) 2005. We are planning a short trip away on 15/4 and managed to get it off storage and home without too much trouble, even used the Motormover successfully. However now it is on our drive and we can't remember how to get the 240V power switched on. We have read Owner's manual but need a Dummies guide really to tell us exactly which switch and in which order, to get Power through from our house.
We have a fully charged battery which is connected and the outside switch is set to Van ( not Mover), the control panel ( above door) is AC50 and the PSU is NE143-CWS.

Please could some kind soul help us with a step by step list of what to do once power cable attached and external power switched on.

On the consumer unit is a main switch and miniature breakers. Make sure these are all. In up position.

Main CB & the 3 MCB all up.

Going back into van to retry the procedure, on the 4 top RHS (1black/3red)

The black has 3 positions Up Car / Flat (Middle) OFF / Down Van.
3 Red are 1 below black - Battery Charger, other 2 are space heater & water heater

To connect Mains, which position should Black be in and should we also have any of the others switched on ( down)

3 position switch should be on Van. Battery Charger should be on. The other two should only be on when using the space heater or water heater, and the water heater should only be on when you have water in the boiler.

Basic principle with fault finding: start from the bit you know is working, and check each thing down the line. So in order :
Wall socket on?
Cable?
Inlet socket?
PSU switches?

Given the Power Supply switches seem to be right, I’d put money on the cable.

The first thing to confirm is that the supply from the house to the van is live, you can confirm this by pushing the test button on the main incoming RCD.
The button is usually yellow and marked push to test,if it doesn't trip you don't have any incoming supply and the hookup cable may be faulty.

Thank you to each of you for various pieces of info. I'm pleased to say we have managed to get everything up and running now. Just needed to take our time going through the steps. So fingers xd now for the weather.
