I have a Truma Rapid Xl and for the life of me cannot find the rocker switch for electric use of rather than gas..Is there one.? Or does it only work with gas?

Thanks I actually found it in the end but the problem was a loose wire that was near the boiler

Hi, looking for help with Truma Water Heater. Water heats up no problem and the controls show green light but hot water not feeding through to mixer tap. Does anyone know what this problem is and how to resolve

Might be a daft question but if there is no hot water coming through the tap how do you know it's getting hot?

Maybe the little ceramic plates inside the tap cartridge are cracked and no hot water is actually getting into the mix.
