Hi, sorry for the late reply. The model we've had fitted is C260. Didn't fit it ourselves, but had it done by a dealer. Never had a problem with it since.

I also now have installed SOG on my system. I used the one with filter on the door. Not too difficult. You just need to make sure that you make hole in the door at right place. I found a good description online which i used..

Fiona W. The SOG is removing all the "delicious" odors when at toilet.. The fan starts when you open the toilet flap, and making under pressure so all fumes goes outside. There is active charcoal filter on the system, so there's no smell on outside...
Thetford also have systems that is built specific for their toilets. I had it on a C260, and it is working very well.

I am also very unhappy with the dometic toilet and am hoping to change it to a Thetford any advise would be appreciated
