we have the caravan on the drive, built in Lunar job, had no problems whatever ...up till Teusday/Wednesday overnight....woken by a neighbour at 05:00!! banging our house door rather vigorously!! the alarm was sounding, nice and loud...but i never heard it!! she explained it had been going for "some time"... having checked things out in the daylight and seeing no obvious signs of forced entry or anything falling to the floor within the unit,, so am thinking,,,,Could the low battery state have activated it? [reading 11.5 on the gauge] i have now got the van on charge and re-activated the alarm, so far no problems..any thought people?

I had a Lunar Delta which had the same fault. Alarm going off at all hours for no reason. Eventually found it was the alarm connection on the rear jack leg. Put a new connector on and no more false alarms. Hope this helps
When we had our Clubman we had an isuue with the alarm going off which in turn activated the Tracker, cue phone call from Tracker company in the early hours!
It turned out the leisure battery was on it's way out, changed battery problem solved.

Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
If the battery is low the alarm will sound as it thinks the battery has been removed. We had this issue on our Delta TI and eventually fitted a solar panel which resolved the issue.
If left the standing with alarm & tracker activated the battery lasts about 4 - 6 weeks if no solar panel fitted.
Been on charge now since " the morning after" alarm reset ..and no alarm activation,..so far... I normally charge the van on a monthly basis for two days just to keep the battery topped up,
