I'm a believer of no silly question like an un-asked question...... We're new to caravaning, can you have the blown air heating system on in a caravan without a water supply? Is it just like a big fan heater?
Thanks in advance for your help!

We have the blown air system. There is no water supply anywhere near it.
As you rightly say it's basically a big fan heater and you don't even need to have the fan on to heat the immediate area.

I presume you are talking of Combi and yes you can have heating without water.

When we had a hot air system, found it best to allow the heater to warm up for half an hour or so before turning on the fan.

You did the right thing by asking. we have all been pretty clueless when we started out so there is no such thing as a daft question.
