Hi. I just bought an old Campervan and I don't have any kind of user info on this old Thetford? Can anyone help me with model?
Is it possible to turn this into an casette toilet?
Thank you

It sounds like you have a Thetford Porta Potti. A cassette toilet is permanently fitted to the vehicle, do you have a separate toilet area to enable fitting a permanent unit? Thetford instructions etc are probably on their website or there may be something useful on YouTube.

Do you have any pictures of the toilet as it's impossible to make out anything apart from the name.

More details of the vehicle would be helpful eg make, model and year to try and identify your toilet.

It is a Fiat Granduca Pegaso 62 from 1996.
Does that tell you anything Rob?

In theory, yes, however, you need to know the model of your toilet in order to get the replacement cassette.

This is the link to Thetford's page with regard to how to find the model label(s):

https://www.thetford-europe.com/gb/labelpositions

This link provides information on suitable refresher kit for your toilet once you have identified your model:

Our first MH was a 1993 model (older than yours) & the Thetford website had an “exploded” diagram of our loo; we were able to get parts. I’d be confident that you can find what you need.
Posh washroom btw!

DK it doesn't have a cassette, so a refresh kit will be of no use to the OP.

The main question should be is there space to put a cassette and then create a door as the OP states he needs to use a connected hose to empty his present set up.
