Are you asking about the thickness of the inner wall panel, or the distance between inner and outer walls?
Typically the inner wall panel on any van is only circa 5mm thick and made of quite lightweight materials (varies between manufacturers), the distance between the inner wall and outer wall is likely to be variable on the rear due to the sculptured/moulded rear outer panel.
Normally anything substantial screw fixed from the inside to a wall will have a hidden batten in the wall cavity as the wall panels are not very strong and screws would easily pull out of just the panel.
