Hi and welcome to the forum.

It may look worse than it is. Dampness causes a lot of staining to the plywood because of mould etc but it may not be rotten yet. Is it spongy and do the fibres break easily when touched?

If still sound, both on top and underneath? Either way the source of water ingress needs to be found and rectifued before repairs can be started. Do you leave your van parked with the front end higher than the back?

The floor is a sandwich of thin ply top and bottom with expanded polystyrene foam between, plus wooden battons around the edges and a few extra places to give rigidity and strength.

If the wooden frame at the edge is sound then replacing the damaged ply and maybe a little foam, if needed, would suffice. I had to replace about a square metre of top ply under the fixed bed due to a leak through the access door. Not sure if both top and bottom ply needs replacing but it isn't as daunting as it looks. Simple woodwork if you can gain access.

Mine was damp in both corners but I managed to get it dry by adding a vertical drip strip before it rotted. The battens will need replacing of course and also tied into the original sound wood then rebuilt. Access can be either from the top or from underneath.

The woodwork is basic but the end result will be very satisfying.
