Just a quickie if anyone can aid assist!
Have dometic aircon in the caravan, with roof mounted exterior.Its like a stippled effect plastic, type material. NOT smooth and shiny type.
The aircon unit is one piece therefore cannot remove, so must clean in sittue.
For the life of me cannot get it to come clean!!
Tried all sorts of cleaners as of now. No Joy tho.
Anyone have any tips for cleaning agents for it?
I have a Truma system and have always kept on top of the cleaning, again in-situ, whilst using car wash & wax and a lick of good polish on it.

Just a quick update folks....
Tried the Silky...complete waste of two hours. To be totally honest, however nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say.
Took the jet wash to it at the finish, as a final straw. As good as its going to get, Not perfect as didn't want to damage any seals.etc.etc. so a tentative approach.
Still on the look out for a better solution if any one has tried.
I can see mine, and if it was grubby and / or faded I would want to do something about it.

The A/C unit on top of the van is gleaming now! Almost need sunglasses to look at it.
Sent the wife up there with a bottle of neat bleach, rags, water. Good hours elbow grease, looks like new again.
RESULT........................................
Before you ask, asked the wife to go up because she is only 8.5 stone, less than half my weight.
Albeit, i'me having to do all the chores for the fortnight whilst here in Scarborough..(haha).
