Just really a case of starting at the battery and working your way towards the pump. It could be any number of things. Pump switch faulty, pressure switch, blown fuse, broken or corroded connection.
Many thanks we are running on Hook up newer caravan ( last one was very manual ) as we upgraded and this is a bit more high tech!! Lots of buttons and switches wires ect to go thro I shall investigate more
unplug your ehu, that will confuse matters. disconnect your battery from the caravan and get a meter to check the voltage of the battery anything lower than 12.4v is flat. then connect it back up and check again, if it reads 13.7 or higher then your charger is working. this will emilinate the battery/charger being the problem
whoa hang on a mo! have you done the switch for the water pump on your control board (speaking in general as that is where it is on most caravans) new pumps arent cheap, can you borrow one to check first

I have a little tap icon switch I presume that is it it glows orange where others are green when on us that correct
turning orange suggests it may be your water heater, normally tho they are at floor level and they are never marked as being for a water, (mans logic clearly) looks like what you would have for your house immersion switch
maybe put a picture of your control panel on here as not many of us have a geist or even been inside one
Yes that's the one that glows orange and no not using the leisure battery as it looked corroded so using the ehu all other electrics work with it ie the lights obv*lol and the other switches but the water doesn't seem to draw up
Not at all familiar with that make of caravan, but a light glowing orange rather than green suggests to me that something is wrong, possibly low voltage. That is only a guess though, as orange could be normal for that make.

ok your problem seems to be stemming from the lack of a leisure battery, until you get one connect up a car battery which will do the same job for a short while, and see if that solves your problem
what do you mean your battery looked corroded? all the ones i have ever seen no matter what there age all looked the same
i have also just found this for your caravan, the instructions! i suggest you work you way thr that and if still have a problem once you have fitted a fully charged leisure battery to come back and ask for more help
