Hi guys. Hope you can help. I'm on holiday at the moment and can't get my whale crystal water pump to sit flush to van, hense the security tabs won't click down, which means the water gushes out. Please can anyone help? I'm carrying little bottles of water in! Thanks in advance.

When it happened with ours the problem was the O ring was slightly stretched, thus it was catching on the inner bore.

Changed O ring problem solved.
