My neighbour in North Bristol needs an old Electrolux three-way fridge repaired by a professional. Autosleeper quoted about £1000 to replace it!

The fridge is an RM4213. We had a look and the flue is nice and clean but the gas burner assembly is very corroded with signs that it might have overheated in the past. The spark is strong.

Any recommendations for someone to fix it?

I’d have thought a mobile engineer should do it - the ones who come to the house to do a habitation service. See https://www.mobilecaravanengineers.co.uk/find-an-engineer/ There are other associations, just Google or search the forums here.
Our previous MH (an old Auto-sleeper) fridge gas burner was corroded but we didn’t get it replaced. Access varies, I think, but our engineer said he’d have to take out the whole fridge, so a lot of the cost would be labour & he couldn’t guarantee the counter top wouldn’t get damaged.
