Mine on a 2016 van as I think a great many others are now, are an integral recess (two sizes to fit presumably 7 pin and 13 pin plugs) moulded into the general A frame cover moulding, so your style of separate receptacles are probably quite rare these days. Certainly didn't find any 3 fixing point ones on my Google! 4 fixing point ones aren't going to fit by the looks of it!
Only suggestion is to plate the hole in the cover using the existing fixing holes and fit a pair (I take it you've got 2x 7 pin plugs) of these to the plates. It's a reversible fix if you ever do find the right parts at a later date, and not too expensive to discard in favour of correct parts.
I stopped using them because in hot weather the lugs on the inside deformed the plugs making it difficult to insert them in the socket. I now simply lay them on top.

Glad to be of assistance. This is where a forum has it's merits but when caravan items are difficult to obtain, using Google Images is the best solution to filter through the suppliers although I have to admit that I haven't been lucky every single time in my searches.

The third link was identical as to what the OP wanted but the other 3 were different shapes with different PCD hole fittings. However, it was obvious that the OP didn't check the links you posted otherwise you would have been the legend and I wouldn't have had to look. At least the OP got sorted which is all that matters.
