What part of the floor and how big? Is it just the underside at one coener or is there rot from top ply through the supporting timbers to the bottem?

The good thing is that it's fairly simple carpentry, no dovetial joints in a a caravan body. Getting access is often difficult especially under shower trays.

Ditto Picked onion. Floor repair is easy as long as its accessible and not rotten. Deamination repair with dowel kit no real problem.

What if it's just the underneath layer in one corner? Is it just a case of cutting the 3mm ply off the foam sandwich and glueing another piece in, or is it best to dry it out and overboard it?

Hj I have also a floor repair to undertake but my caravan is very very old so maybe not helpful to you.but my floor is one piece running full length of caravan its very crumbley underneath.gheres not foam insulation only 3/4" thick chip board sitting on wooden joists.so in going to cut following length of joist with recip saw making sure gas pipes have been dropped. Then screw 2" x2" wood to didd of joists full length. Ghen from above screw loft tongue and grooved boarding cut to fit space onto 2' x2" beams.
Jm hoping this will rectify my trampoline effect when I walk up and down caravan.
This caravan was taken off a site in Bridlington about 5p years ago as it was deemed to old and has been our holiday retreat from childhood , jm now 63years .its on beautiful farmland near whitby. Always a repair needed each vist.im thinking of re piping all gas system pipes and fitting isolation manifolds. Currently still has gas mantle lights on walls but not used so I'm removing these.
