Not familiar with your van, so generalisations and speculation is as good as I can offer.
Almost certainly a 12v problem. Assuming that 'none' of your lights are mains powered!
Not sure about a van of your age, but certainly for newer vans, nothing much works without functional 12v supply, even if fridge, heating etc. are powered by mains, the CONTROLS for these devices are powered by 12v! So if these things are still working, then that suggests at least part of the 12v system is functional.
Sounds like the 12v system 'master switch' is on OK. Favourite for partial failure is a fuse, BUT fuses usually only blow because of a fault downline, simply replacing a fuse is not necessarily fixing the real problem! A duff water pump is more than capable of blowing a fuse.
Check fuses, replace if necessary, disconnect/don't use water pump, see if light's now work.
If external water pump, it's usually easy to check impellor rotates freely, if not, gentle 'persuasion' with a small probe can often free them if minor 'stickiness', otherwise new pump! Internal pumps can have the same treatment, but some disassembly required and usually requires breaking plumbing joints/couplings to get access in first place.
I have an Avondale 510/5. My van has a control unit between the top Left Hand side lockers, when the van is hooked up to the mains there should be a 12v display. What is the 12v reading? I am wondering if the 12v charging unit has failed.
