our caravan tap / sink combination causes leaks when used. Want to fit a tap extension to re direct the water. Has anyone got any ideas?/ please

It doesn't leak as such,my poor vocabulary .It sprays water when we are using it.I think a longer pipe would direct the water better..
I remember my aunty in the 70'shad this rubber hose thing..We have bought to chrome tap things,but the diameter on the kitchen tap is too small.

Our caravan kitchen tap had a nozzle that kept falling out until we superglued it in place. Without the nozzle, the water sprayed everywhere. If your tap is the same, I wouldn’t be surprised if the nozzle has fallen out and got lost. It is a Reich Vector tap like this. You can see the nozzle under the front.\

If this is what has happened, you might be able to get a replacement nozzle but you may end up having to change the tap.

When ours would not stay in place Superglue solved it.

Sounds as though you have lost the diffuser.
If the inside of the tap spout is threaded, measure the internal diameter and replacements are readily obtainable from a plumbers.
