1st caravan, lunar planet 1997, upgrading new to wall lights, fitted 1 it tripped twice then blew totally, got new lights replaced and used new connectors. Issue,,, the power light is coming on on the management board but there doesn't seem to be anything running through the circuit, no sockets working, fridge isn't working, lights aren't working, this is connected to the mains at the minute, checked wiring, all looks fine, checked fuses they seem to look fine, is there something I'm missing, I am a novice so any advice would be appreciated, thanks in advance
yes is your leisure battery fully charged? is the charger switched on, i bet your water pump and your toilet pump arent working either? its because all those things are run on 12 volts not mains ehu
I suspect that you are getting your 12 volt and 230 volt systems mixed up!
Are you sure you are not trying to connect a new 12 volt light fitting to the 230 volt circuit or vice versa.
Sorry to say it but I think you need an electrician.

Update, we managed to get everything back working again last night, put the old lights back on, all is well and I won't be attempting that 1 again🤦, thanks for the advice guys, much appreciated👍
Sounds to me like DaveS1 is spot on. We had a Bailey Ranger 1999 model. It had two mains 230 volt lights one in each corner at the front of the lounge. Presumably these are the ones you replaced with 12 volt versions.
All the other lights were 12 volt mounted on the ceiling or under kitchen cupboards.
