I have a Swift Classic Alouette L. We've noticed that the lights start to flicker and eventually go off while the van is plugged into an electric hook-up. We've now realised that the battery had run flat, as it wasn't being charged when connected to mains power.
The battery itself is fairly new, but there’s no power reaching the charging connectors on it. The lights on the electrical supply module (ESM) are on, so we’re thinking the ESM might be at fault.
We’ve checked all the fuses and they seem to be fine. Has anyone experienced something similar, or have any ideas what could be causing this?
