The master switch showing 12v, fuses checked ok, but no lights or appliances working.Could not find a online fuse to check, kind of run out of ideas and cannot get a tech guys out. The multi meter telling me I have 12v around fuses and connections. Ideas where to go next appreciated

I presume the water pump isn't working either? It sounds like a broken connection somewhere, such as a negative one.

That means that you need to find a point in the wiring system that is common to the things that are not working but not the water pump. As you have power at the fuses, that suggests to me that the fault lies in the negative side.
