Hi and welcome to the forum. Most floors in caravans are a sandwich of thin ply on each side with a wooden batten frame and cross members for rigidity and lateral support. The walls are constructed similarly with aluminium on the outside and they are generally screwed into each other at the edges. Very simple construction and therefore relatively easy to replace dependant on location, ie,. under a shower tray etc can be a big job.

Damp however often invades a much greater area than is seen on the surface, you will need to see the full extent of the damage by opening up said can of worms. Repairs need to be taken back to sound wood with no sign of mould on it and built up from there.

The initial cause for the damp needs to be assessed and fixed first before the rebuild. Good luck in your new project.

Dave.
