Hello Provence in for first sevice in nov has anybody had the following "fixes done* under warranty  and also how long it took to get it finished 1.plastic facias above cooker and to the next one to the right(where i keep kettle)2. noisy battery charger (fan seems to run 80% of the time)3.upholstrey stitching coming undone and also are the dealers aware of these problems.Talked to bailey customer help line and didn,t get any answer  thanks

make a list of all work you want doing  and take it with you when you take it in.they usually ask you when you book it in what needs doing.

also with regard to the upholstery we were told you only have 1 year to make any complaints about it.so it is vital you get this sorted.dont let your service take place after a year or you will lose out.

Hi, Glad Michael has linked my previous thread to yours to inform you about the problem with the water pipe we have had with our Provence. It may be worth asking them to look into making the modification then it definately doesnt happen on yours. We have had ours since the end of April. Where on the upholstery is it coming undone from. So that i can check ours???
Also can I ask what type of vehicle do you use to tow your provence as we are looking at changing our Freelander.
