Still having problems, Whale water pump micro switch type.Electric and pump are now running OK but now water is coming out of the sides and ever-where except where it should. Wentout yesterday to buy a new set of 'O'seals and replaceds the non return and the diaphragm and the and the two on the connection for the pump but where does the other one that is larger than the other two.Looking at the instructions enclosed it looks as if the seal fits in the body where the micro switch goes. Tried it there and water is still coming out of the sides. Help Please

Hi Dennis , it does sound like the housing may be split , and you'll probably need to remove it to give it a good check over .

or on the plug end of the pump ( bit that fits into the caravan socket ) it may be that the pipe has come away .
