We are going away TODAY (in about 2 hours!) and have just realised we have a fault with our water pump/system.  Its a Crystal Water sytem (according to the manual).

We ran some sterilising fluid through the van yesterday, all worked fine.  However, when we turned the tap off, the pump continues to "buzz".  It doesn't draw any water, but surely thats not right?  The only way we could turn it off was to disconnect the mains.

Any ideas what might be wrong with it?

Thanks, sarah x
