Hi,

Could someone please let me know which Sikaflex sealant to use on the caravan?

There are so many variants, is 221 ok?

I have heard that  the 512 is brilliant

I have used the seamseal cv and found it good too

Adhesive sealing products featured on the chart include Sikaflex 221, an all-purpose, one-part polyurethane elastic adhesive sealant that cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a durable elastomer.

It is particularly suitable for the bonding of joints where high movement may occur.

Complementing it is Sikaflex 521UV, a UV-resistant elastic sealant designed for the sealing of exposed seams and joints where high colour and UV stability is vital.

Sikaflex is one of many generic one part PU sealants and happens to be the most expensive. Shop around, find a specialist sealant supplier if you can. These guys buy the sealant for around a quid for a 310ml tube.
