Well done Ziggar - what a difference you've made for not a lot of money!  I'm sure it was a huge effort but you've clearly wanted to make a good job of it.

I'm going to show your renovation to my OH and hope that I can persuade him that we can do the same with our ABI Tristar - we've got / had damp in quite a few places.  The loo / showerroom is the only place we can feel condensation on the outside wall (and no, not because we've used the shower!) but we've found evidence maybe of dry rot elsewhere.

The part we're really dreading is behind the kitchen unit at one of the rear corners - it's going to be very difficult to get into that corner - I forsee much cursing and bruising as OH tries to wriggle into a cupboard that he's just too big to get into!
