We went away for a week last month and by the end of the week all the lights in the van started to go dim and the water pump wasn't working properly. The van was hooked up to 240v and all the electric sockets worked fine. Is there a switch I'm supposed to turn? There is an electric box under one of the wardrobes but it looks like a fuse box.

it depends on the age of the van, and if the 240V is origional or fitted later,

older vans may not have a charger fitted, but seperate mains and 12V systems, especially if the mains was retro fitted,

if this is the case, just get a leisure charger and re-charge part way through the week, thats what i do after i priced up for fitting a charger
