it is probably a faulty microswitch in the bathroom tap not switching on the pump, if you look underneath there should be wires leading up to the taps, this is for the micro switches,
these should be easily obtanible by your caravan dealer, and are quite easy to fit its a common problem with the switches getting wet every so often.
