I have the S3000 in my caravan however I have just checked the Truma web site and it states that this heater is for medium size caravans whilst the S5000 is for larger caravans. We have a Lunar 640 twin axle and now realised why we are always having problems with heating in the caravan. The heater is inadequate! I wonder if I can claim anything from Lunar? Obviously they were trying to cut costs somewhere.
Always worth a try or at least get them to explain why they have put an inadequate heater in your van. Of course they will try to deny it but if you perservere then you never know.
