Hi all................one of our 12 volt strip lights in our caravan doesnt work......ive changed the tubes in the hope that that would be the reason but nope..................still not working.  all other 12 volt lights work..........any ideas?

Check you have 12 volting into the light. Failing that, the cheapest option is to replace the light. Repairing is uneconomical. You would need a good electronic engineer to diagnose the fault and some expensive test equipment. A new lamp is only about £15. Probably not much more than two new tubes.

Ill agree, its probably the PCB, which incoperates a starter, which TBH isnt worth repairing unless you a dab hand with a soldering iron and multimeter!!
