Hi,

I'm thinking about using a mobile servicing facility for a change but i'm a bit worried about how I can be sure the individual is qualified and actually knows what he is doing. Has anyone any advice as to what I should look out for or ask? Someone I am, after all, just picking out from an advert.

 We have our van in storage and distance wise it was very awkward to take it for a service. We had a word with the people who stored the van. They recommended someone and said they were allowed to do it on site. They were also £40 cheaper than the dealer.
