Hi all. This is probably going to sound ridiculous but can anyone tell us how we switch the leisure battery in on our 450. The handbook says that there is a distribution panel with battery switch on it but neither us or our friends can find its location(if it exists!).Any suggestions welcomed?!
Thanks
Phil and Tam
Your battery goes in the locker ,connect positive and negative terminals ,inside van you should have a small 3 way switch ,around it there should be lots of other switchs and possibly a voltage dial/gauge ,set switch to van then try lights ,
For the record I never run my 12v system without the mains turned on as well to keep the battery topped up ,if by some chance your battery is completely flat it might stop everything working ,a VERY common problem with newbies

Thanks for the help black fox but i dont think the lunar chateau has any of the fuse board type dials that normal caravans have. Used to own elldis typhoon gtx and am used to control panel setup with voltage display etc but alad checked everywhere on the chateau and it has nothing thanks anyway
Surely it should have a car battery/ caravan battery switch somewhere ,personally I would follow it through under seats etc from where it comes into van from battery box.
