Hello
We have just acquired a Karrimor X2SG tent but, sadly, it has lost its aluminium poles. Does anyone know the diameter and the width of the 3 poles so we can buy some more?

Thank you!

as the tent was made back in 2012, and cost £78 you might find that replacement poles are not cost effective as you could buy a brand new tent for that sort of money

Tentspares is generally regarded as the place to go for replacement poles, and well known for being helpful, so worth asking them, BUT, as marg6 has pointed out, complete set of poles likely to cost as much as a replacement new tent!

The other consideration is that a 12 year old polyester tent may well be past it's best with limited life left in it anyway! If it's had little use and been stored well, it may be OK for a while, but if well used and exposed to the Sun, or badly stored, then the flysheet fabric may well have deteriorated and be fragile and leaky, new poles would be a very expensive waste of money! Really worth examining the flysheet very closely, especially overtaping of seams, for any degradation before spending significant money on it.
