Hi I've contacted Vango about a sky shield for a Vango Icarus 500, unfortunately they did not make one for this model so does anyone know if you could use a sky shield from another tent? Also what's a good none electric heater to use.

Welcome to UKCS. What’s a sky shield? If you mean tarp / tarpaulin, there are plenty of threads about them here with helpful photos.
As for non electric heating, you can get small wood burning stoves, the kind that go off to places after a natural disaster - there are threads about this too: essential CO monitor, what you must put underneath, the chimney, general fire safety etc
having watched a video of a sky shield, to be honest it seems to be a gadget someone has come up with to get you to spend more money. I would say it is a waste of time unless you are leaving a tent up all year it states that it will protect the roof of the tent from droppings from birds in trees and treesap etc. You are just covering up a roof thaat is upto the job it was designed for. I can understand a sky liner on the inside which stops condensation dropping from the inside roof of a tent.
And imagine it in a bit of a wind flapping against the roof of the tent possibly at night
