TBH I have not heard of this one myself - perhaps it's a European version??
However, it looks like any other of the Lake tents in terms of quality and features (saving the lack of doors). Seems to fit in between the Trout and Norfolk in terms of size. In other words......fanbloodytastic mate
Found THIS which gives sizes and some further details.
outwell only made a limited number and it didnt sell well so they stopped making them, told theis by Somerset Camping when we looked into buying one. They had them advertised and a matching canopy but the canopy was never produced as the tent never sold if that makes sense.

We had one, but my OH found it a bit too heavy, (arthritis), to put up.
It was not too heavy, but did need two people.
If in good condition, they are a very well made tent. Cool in hot weather, so ideal for camping on the continent. We gave it away to a good mate of ours who needed a tent.

I have a bit of a game putting up my Trout lake 4 on my own as I have too many miles on the clock. Weight is a problem with this range of tents, especially if you`re on your own but well worth the effort. I could never go back to a polyester tent, too noisy, even though my hearing`s on the way out too.
The Shasta Lake seems like a good layout and the only Vis-a-vis design in the Classic range. Bit narrower than a Trout Lake, but longer. Surprised it didn’t prove more popular.
I would be tempted to use it as a 2 birth with just the back bedroom installed. That would give a larger living space than the Trout Lake.
I have only ever seen one Beaver Lake up for sale and that was a few years ago. Lovely looking little tent but too small for my needs or I would have been tempted to bid on it. These days, I camp mainly on my own and the Trout Lake allows me a comfortable, roomy environment. Fantastic range of tents that can still hold their own when compared to modern ones.
