Hi Gear is a GoOutdoors house brand, and they don't have the best reputation for spares of anything not current (nor current for that matter!), so unlikely to get a new genuine replacement.
The upside is, the basic tent design just gets renamed every so often, so there is a (theoretical) chance you may be able to get a bedroom for a current model that fits.
Next option is a 'universal' bedroom, often intended for caravan/MH awnings as well as tents, that hang from frame fixing points, but you'd need to check dimensions carefully. Another option is the 'pop-up' bedrooms intended to add extra bedroom space to an existing set up, they're free standing so as long as you have the floor space they're almost guaranteed to fit.
Always the chance you can find a S/H complete tent on ebay or classified ads at a reasonable price, just keep the flysheet as a spare and use the bedrooms!
