We bought a outwell belleville 7sa But we did buy it second hand, the man had used it twice and most of it was in packaging and all still had tags on it. Then covid hit abs couldn’t use it.
Last night it raining and we found the roof couldn’t hold the water and was flooding through so we had to abandon it.
Is this a faulty product seems it’s £1500 new! Or can this be fixed? Please any
advise as we can afford to buy a new one, we didn’t pay £1500 but still was a lot of money.

Is your tent leaking or is it in fact condensation ? In your photos it looks like condensation to me.
Here a links (click on the red text) to videos on condensation in tents. the first clearly shows what condensation looks like. The second goes into more detail.
New or nearly new tents rarely leak and if they do it usually at some point in the seams/stitching which may cure its self when the tent has had a soaking or can be tackled with a tube of seam sealer.
Hope this helps you resolve your problem.

Welcome to the forum, and sorry you had such a horrible experience.
It could possibly be condensation, if plenty of you were sitting inside, with the zips and vents all done up? And wet macs inside the tent too? It is surprising how much water can gather due to condensation - Gary Cross, 'camping guru' has a video on YouTube where he basically pours a litre of water into the bottom of the tent to demonstrate the amount of condensation that can gather.
However, it may also have been leaking fabric. It doesn't look like the seams?
If you ventured outside did you notice whether the water was 'beading' on the outside of the tent before running down? Or did water seem to be soaking into the tent fabric making it look darker and soaked?
Not sure how you could get Outwell to check that it is not faulty, as you presumably don't know where it was bought?
You could give it another go, make sure that all vents are open etc - and as a last resort give it a coat of Fabsil?
