I have a Robens Kiowa and decided to fit a tent stove. I bought one from life under canvas, some additional flue from Temu, Flue protector from outbacker which is OEM fit. In addition I have added some fire wrapper to the upper and lower pipes.
The problem is the top flue section and protector is a nightmare to fit and remove with the tent up. Is there a trick or is it easier to put in the protector in and then assemble the tent?
Any advise welcomed on this one. Thanks Scott

As an update on inspecting the flue protector I have found weld spatter which hooks into the fabric like a fishing hook barb. I have contacted Outbacker to complain
Welcome to UKCS.
I could agree that “fit flue first then put tent up” is worth trying (based on similar experience). However, someone with direct experience might see your post & advise soon.
But it might be worth searching the forum because people do ask questions about fitting stoves & you might get more ideas (eg hang up a CO monitor inside the tent, how to protect the floor of your tent etc).
