I may be wrong but the Kalahari finished around 2017. Given that contributors to this forum struggle to get spares for a tent 12 months old, obtaining new inner pods might prove extremely difficult. However, spares for the Kalahari might be obtainable on that well known auction site. Hope you find what you're looking for.

How bad is the rip? And where?

You might be able to mend it as you won't need to ensure waterproofness as an inner. It depends on the damage.
